All designs are created exclusively for your order.
Designs will not be released for personal or commercial use outside of your printed products.
A digital copy of any design element may be purchased for an additional fee.
Changes policy: up to two minor changes to the design are included at no additional cost. Drastic changes or changes to the layout will incur a full design fee.

All orders are custom-made and are non-refundable after 24 hours of placement (standard orders).
Rush orders are non-refundable once submitted.

Orders requested within 7 days are considered rush orders and will incur rush fees.
Rush deadlines are not guaranteed, though we will make every effort to meet them.
Any changes made after order submission may cause delays.

Once shipped, Dejuko Designs is not responsible for courier delays, damages, or delivery issues outside our control.
