What you need to know before ordering
- Every banner starts with a request — we'll follow up with a mockup and a final quote that includes shipping, based on your size and address, before anything is charged.
- Orders are custom-made and non-refundable after 24 hours of placement.
- Up to two minor design changes are included at no extra cost. Major layout changes may carry an added design fee.
- Rush requests aren't guaranteed, though we do everything possible to hit them.
- Once shipped, we're not responsible for courier delays or damage outside our control.
