Standard turnaround is 3–4 weeks. Requests inside 2 weeks are rush orders and carry rush fees.

Have logo files or reference photos? Email them separately after submitting — we'll link them to your order.

Shipping cost depends on final order count, so we'll confirm it once orders close and send it over before anything ships.

Order form agreement

1. Design ownership

  • All designs are created exclusively for your sublimation order.
  • Designs will not be released for personal or commercial use outside of your printed products.
  • A digital copy of any design element may be purchased for an additional fee.
  • $85 design, mock, and set-up fee is required to begin design work.
  • Note: instead of charging $45 per shirt for the first 10 shirts to cover design, mock, and setup costs, we charge a one-time $85 fee at the start of your order. This allows us to keep shirt pricing at $35 each.
  • Changes policy: up to two minor changes to the design are included at no additional cost. Drastic changes or changes to the layout will incur a full design fee.

2. Refund & cancellation policy

  • All orders are custom-made and are non-refundable after 24 hours of placement (standard orders).
  • Rush orders are non-refundable once submitted.
  • $85 design, mock, and set-up fee is non-refundable once design work has begun.
  • If you cannot meet the minimum order of 10 pieces after design work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

3. Production & turnaround

  • Standard turnaround time: 3–4 weeks from order submission.
  • Orders requested within 2 weeks are considered rush orders and will incur rush fees and expedited shipping costs.
  • Rush deadlines are not guaranteed, though we will make every effort to meet them.
  • Any changes made after order submission may cause delays.

4. Shipping & delivery

  • Once shipped, Dejuko Designs is not responsible for courier delays, damages, or delivery issues outside our control.

5. Sizing responsibility

  • Sizing information is provided to the best of our ability.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes. Dejuko Designs is not liable for incorrect sizing selections.

After you submit, we'll send an invoice for the $85 design fee plus your minimum order to get started. Design work begins once it's paid.
